Christopher Dove

Director

Christopher is a respected leader with extensive management experience in various industries.

Before starting Dove, he worked at one of Victoria’s largest passive fire companies, accountable for all aspects of operations, including project management, client liaison, product selection, staff management and training.

His accolades include diploma level qualifications in building, construction, health and safety.

Romeo Pulido

General Manager

Romeo is a Chartered Accountant with over twenty years of experience in construction and property development, having held senior management roles in finance, banking and project management.

He ensures Dove is operationally and financially strong by managing our cash flow, business planning and strategic initiatives. In addition, Romeo oversees all our systems and procedures to ensure they are well- placed to maintain organisational accountability and operational efficiency.

Thomas Heagney-Steart

Construction Manager

Thomas has a Certificate IV in Building & Construction and over ten (10) years experience in Passive Fire Protection.

Jason Twirdy

Construction Manager

Jason has over ten (10) years experience in the Construction Industry across various roles and responsibilities and over five (5) years in Passive Fire Protection.

Stacey Litten

Office Manager/ Maintenance Division Manager.

Stacey has over ten (10) years experience in Administration and is an expert in organizing materials and logistics requirements to support the projects as well as in recommending and implementing systems and procedures at the Office and Project sites. She also handles the Fire Protection Audit and Maintenance requirements of our clients.

Stevie Dove

Estimating Manager

Stevie is a qualified tradesperson and has over ten (10) years experience in the construction industry and over seven (7) years in the Passive Fire Industry. Her expertise in Estimating has been honed by her hands-on experience progressing through the industry from promising installer, to site management and finally Project Management. Her invaluable understanding of installation processes, clients needs and site specific requirements, has allowed her to successfully head our estimating division.

Kartik has a Master of Science – Construction and Infrastructure Management from Swinburne University of Technology and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering at BMS College of Engineering , Bangalore, India

Nikhil Gupta Karshikallam

Nikhil has a Master of Construction Management from
Deakin University and a Bachelor of Civil Engineering at Vasavi College of Engineering, Osmania University, Hyderabad, India

Malith Warnakulasuriya

Malith has a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from La Trobe University and graduated with Honors.

Josh has been in the construction industry his whole life as his family runs a construction business. He has been in the Passive Fire Industry for over nine (9) years working for various top companies in the industry.

Steven White

Steven is a Fully Qualified Carpenter with twenty (20) years experience in Construction including Project Management. and has been in the Passive Fire Industry for two (2) years.
