CHRISTOPHER DOVE
Christopher began his working life with a variety of different jobs, most consisting of management roles. Passive fire became a passion of his nearly a decade ago, soon after taking on a position at one of Victoria’s largest passive fire companies. During his time in the industry he has been accountable for all aspects of the operations within organisations, including project management, client liaison, product selection, staff management and training. Christopher founded Dove Passive Fire with the goal to provide a multifaceted service that exceeds what is currently available within the industry. With a strong desire to provide the industry with a service that clients and customers can trust and a passionate team that will help educate the industry on the importance of passive fire rating and change some of the negative perceptions of our industry created through a lack of communication and information.

JAKE DANKS
Jake began his career in the construction industry 14 years ago. He started working on residential buildings where he stayed there for 7 years, before making a move into the property development side of the industry. With a desire for change, he decided to enter the passive fire industry and started with a company in Melbourne. Jake quickly increased his knowledge and skills in his 4 years in the industry, whilst passing them on too many technicians for them to develop their skill sets also. He branched out with Christopher Dove to establish Dove Passive Fire, where he manages all the technicians. Priding himself on building trustworthy work relationships with clients and endeavours to meet all targets and expectations.

Stacey has 12 months experience in the Passive Fire Industry and brings over four years of administrative experience to the team. Stacey brings a positive attitude to our company and thrives to achieve the best result for both Dove Passive Fire and our Clients.

JOHN SAFLEKAS
John is a Certified Practising Accountant with a strong financial accounting background. He has worked in construction, manufacturing and retail including being the State Accountant for David Jones. In his most recent role John was the Chief Financial Officer and was also a shareholder and Company Secretary for a successful manufacturing company for almost 24 years. During his spare time John enjoys to exercise and give back to the community as a volunteer accountant.

Jagan is new to the Passive Fire Industry, while learning about the industry he is also developing his administrative skills. Jagan brings a can do attitude when it comes to helping his team and our clients. Jagan is currently undertaking a Bachelor of Computer Science.

TOM HEAGNEY
Tom grew up in the Albury-Wodonga region where he was involved in the construction industry and is now a qualified plasterer. After moving to Melbourne he spent a number of years as a valued team member at one of Victoria’s largest passive fire companies and further developed his fire rating skills during this time. Tom is a natural leader, having gained great respect from both our clients and team members. Tom utilises his experience to guide our clients through all stages of construction, including problem solving, installation and documentation.

JASON TWIRDY
A qualified carpenter, Jason is the newest project manager to our team. Managing staff, client expectations and project requirements have been a constant in his professional career. A quality tradesman, with great professionalism and pride in the relationships he develops. Fire rated bulkheads, fire rated walls construction and the installation of fire and smoke doors are key skills he has developed and continues to further develop.

TRAVIS ROWLEY
Travis is a valued member of the Dove Passive Fire team and has continued to develop his fire rating skills whilst also working to complete his university degree, a Bachelor of Health Science (Biomedical Science). Travis understands the importance of installing compliant fire rating systems and executes a high level of attention to detail to ensure this is carried out. Travis strong academic background, attention to detail and strong work ethic has helped to progress quickly while working for Dove Passive Fire.

Operating his own business in the past has given Matthew a great understanding of what is required to build a successful team. A qualified brick layer with over a decade’s experience, he brings a strong work ethic and an attention to detail that our company prides itself on. Jared grew up in Albury-Wodonga. He has completed two bachelor degrees and has a work experience from various industries. Jared has worked in Europe for the last three years as a tour guide dealing with people from all walks of life. Jared is constantly striving to learn new things and has great people skills, which allows him to provide the best service to our clients.

Chris is another team member originally from regional Victoria, growing up in Albury-Wodonga. Having over a decade of trade experience in the construction of fire walls, in both tradesman and supervisor roles, Chris is an experienced and reliable leader. The combination of construction experience, plastering qualification and personal traits, allows him to provide a great service to all our clients.
